The Peasant Grill

Dinner was great!!! Meatloaf with broccoli rabe, carrots and green beans, vegetable lentil soup and an iced tea! I got a piece of chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting to go and a big box of pecan chocolate chip cookies for my roommates. 🥰

Food was flavorful and tasted homemade and the service was friendly. Counter style grill with bottled beverages but food several notches above what you would expect from that style of restaurant. I’ll certainly be coming back!

I love the food here. I travel 40 minutes to eat here. Right now I am participating in a Daniel Fast. The variety of food here is great for that. But the cakes, cookies and pies are tempting. I hope you try dining here. I think you will love it too.

I was impressed from the first bite. The sandwich came in a fun mix of textures, packed with rich flavor, and everything tasted wonderfully fresh. The rice mix was spot on, cooked just right. I also noticed many other dishes that looked amazing, and the menu had creative options along with plenty of sweet treats. A truly delightful meal all around!

First time here. food was great. short tib taco special was excellent. i had a turkey club. Had real turkey not processed. was really good. bought some desserts to bring home. they also have boylans sodas which black cherry is my fave. will go back sooner than later.

The best experience!!! We loved it here and will go back. Delicious and fresh. Made with care and quality ingredients. Everything!!! (I mean everything is made by scratch.) Three soups on the menu!! We enjoyed lentil vegetable soup, bolognese and salad. It was hard to decide on order because everything appealed!! Lots of options for take out. The desserts are also homemade and out of this world. I’ve never had a better apple cake in my life. Couldn’t have had better service in a very comfortable, sparkling clean and happy atmosphere.
