Colleen is a warrior for good health, physical and mental. Her reiki sessions are truly an out of body experience. Gentle, compassionate and thoughtful, too. A great escape to reset. And the yoga classes are fantastic too.

Colleen brings amazing energy to her practice and to others. My first ever encounter with her was receiving reiki for the first time ever and before she scored this little gem of a place. I was blown away by my experience! I wanted to learn reiki and it was no coincidence that she was teaching Level 1 within the coming weeks. Fast forward, I am now pursuing my master’s under Colleen’s guidance. She is a wealth of knowledge and I am sure anyone will fall in love her practice like I have!

I came to the Reiki center not knowing exactly what to expect and Colleen made me feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment I walked in. She patiently listened as I explained what I wanted to work on. The table was so cozy as well.
There is no way to describe a session, and I can imagine everyone has their own unique journey and experience. I definitely snored at some point, and I felt like I was floating off the table. I was in a completely different headspace for the rest of my day. I was able to focus clearly and felt like things were just ‘easier’. I slept so well too!
I highly recommend getting a session. Colleen is knowledgeable, warm, and truly has passion what what she does.

I’ve been getting Reiki done by Colleen for a few years now and I felt an intense drawing to expanding my experience. I have received my Reiki 1 & Reiki 2 practitioner from Colleen and it has been a life changing experience for me. I had an immediate connection to Colleen and knew she would be a huge part in my healing journey. There were many other places I could have received my Reiki 1 & reiki 2 practitioner but Colleen’s passion and connection with herself I knew it needed to be given to me by her. If you are looking to expand your journey in Reiki and are considering taking a Reiki 1 or 2 class Free Spirit Reiki and Wellness is the way you should go. I highly recommend Colleen’s teaching. She’s helped me become a better version of myself through my Reiki practice and I’m excited to keep climbing up this journey with her!

EDIT to update this review as my daughter who suffers from immunization problems has also benefited from Colleens services. My 4 year old daughter was struggling with mono and a combination of viruses a month ago. I reached out to Colleen because my daughter was so sick and not eating at all.. Colleen gave my daughter two distance sessions and I followed her recommendations of meditation and chanting for my daughter. Not even an hour after the session my daughter woke up from a dead sleep and was immediately asking for food! Her fever was gone and I have not seen her have this much energy in so long she did a complete 180. I will never in my life doubt reiki. It’s powerful and it heals. I’m forever grateful for Colleen she’s amazing!
