Any pool place will test your water and show you the computer report. But Jill and the team here are experts in pool and spa maintenance and can help you problem solve beyond the numbers. I used to go to a closer pool shop for water tests, but I now regularly go to The Spa Shop and Pool Supply Center because of Jill’s expertise and the quality of the customer service.

Recently moving to Mount Olive and being a first time pool owner, I requested recommendations in the area and was told about The Spa Shop. Jill and her team helped me open up the pool and trouble shoot it until it was ready since the previous owners did not winterize it properly. Jill and her team took the time to educate me on pool equipment and pool chemistry and responded to my issues and text messages even after business hours. They were very patient with me and helped make sure my pool was safe for my 5 year old and 2 year old to use. I can’t thank Jill and her team enough for helping me out this season and I look forward them winterizing my pool and having a smooth opening next year ! Highly recommend!

So helpful, and so very friendly. Making an effort to keep my pool in the best shape possible and they are making it easy. Plus, getting water test results via email is incredibly convenient.

I have been coming here since we installed our above ground pool last year. We take our pool water to get tested every 2 weeks or so and Jill will give you a printout of what chemicals and how much you will need to keep the water quality perfect. I am a first time pool owner and they have made pool maintenance super easy. I have never had any issues maintaining the water quality. Highly recommended!
