    I used to use them all the time. They had great quality. The last couple times I've used them they had messed up my orders but fixed them. A little bit of a hassle, but at least they took care of it. My latest order was messed up with terrible print quality and parts of my order missing. They resent a new order and it was just as bad. Again terrible print quality and they didn't even print the items that were missed. They dodged my emails and every time I called they would just say Tim wasn't around and I would get a call back from Tim, but I never did. I called and emailed for 3 weeks and they just ignored me for the problem to go away. I used to run my own printer so I know bad quality when I see it. Included is a photo. The print had all banding and fuzziness. Most likely their printer needed a new printhead.

    Had some banners made there. They made a mistake on one of them. Made a new one right there on the spot and it was flawless. Excellent customer service! Still using the banner two years later. Would recommend.
