They have always been professional and down to earth when working with them. Even where there have been supply issues, they call you directly and work through your options! Just be detailed when ordering with them. Asked for full face zip hoodies. You know the ones that zip over your face. I even demonstrated in person of the hoodies zipping over my head to tony in person…. In totally T-shirt….. In Pemberton boro. Says yeah we can do it, cool cool i pay. Says it’ll take 2-3 weeks to come in cool. Sends email of sample with full zip hoodies. The regular hoodies, i call in a couple days later which would make it about 2 weeks since they started. In this call i found out they can’t do puff print cause it’s a shortage. Something i believe they knew before i paid but i could be wrong. 2 weeks in….. 2 weeks in i found out lol. Cool whatever he said screen print fine that’s fine. Not what i wanted but we’ll take it. Go to pick up hoodies that’s when i find out the hoodies are the regular full zip. I talk to who i believe was his son idk. He says “oh yeah we can get those you have to bring those in.” And that there is my end. Hoodies were okay, HAVENT SOLD 1. Thanks Tony Tone you’re the best💙💙💙 OH AND MY DESIGN WAS MESSED UP. A split heart and one side was taller than the other. Couple hoodies have the right side up higher couples hoodies have the left side higher. He says he could print 100 times and it would come out like that. How if they not all messed up the same lol? As part of the NCOA MFT course, I ordered $1300 worth of t shirts and hoodies. Tony reminded us repeatedly that the shirts ran small, so everyone ordered appropriately and was satisfied with their order. The shirts were good quality, arrived on time, and Tony made the process easy and hassle free. They even carried the order out to my car for me. Even with an order this big, there were no complaints from the students in my cohort. And the shirts look great!!
Our NCOA MFT class ordered $880 in Augusta Sportswear Hoodies and T-Shirts that ended up fitting too small, and Tony wasn't interested in correcting it for free. JBMDL classes please understand it's buyer beware here, unless paying $42 for a hoodie that fits weirdly snug is your thing.
