INCREDIBLE SERVICE!
As we were traveling through NJ, the side door on our Dodge Ram Promaster became stuck, in the open position and would not close! To make matters more urgent, the forecast called for rain. We are in the middle of a cross country road trip, and live in our van! It was imperative we were able to get our vans side door fixed! Unfortunately, it was Memorial Day and most everyone was closed.
We were referred to Albert’s business, Ultimate Auto Body by a relative in NJ whose family had utilized his auto body services for decades. Despite it being Memorial Day, Albert offered to come in to work specifically to fix the door of our van! He was prompt, personable, and persistent, and didn’t give up until the door was fixed. When one avenue didn’t work he tried another and another. He studied the mechanics of the door, and troubleshooted in a methodical way keeping us advised throughout the whole process. The van’s side door works perfectly now, and we are incredibly grateful for Albert’s help. We highly recommend Albert and Ultimate Auto Body for all of your auto body needs!
