Stopped here to grab some bait and they were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Pointed us in the right direction and had a great day of fishing because of it. I will 100% be returning here if im in the area.
Love Vans. We rent a pontoon boat about every other year from Vans. And we have a vacation rental house and list Vans as the best place to go to rent a boat. Pontoon boats are like sitting on a Dock in the middle of the bay.
Jake is awesome! My grandchildren are up from TN and wanted to fish in BL. Jake set them up and made sure they had what was needed to score a fish. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Take a trip to Van's for all your fishing needs.
Vans is a one stop shop. Stocked to the brim with offshore and inshore tackle! Also lots of live bait, including minnows and live spot! Their staff was very informative about what to buy for fluke opener tomorrow. I bought some fluke jigs, couple packs of gulp, a quart of minnows, and a dozen spot at a very competitive price. Also topped off the boats fuel tank. Thank you captain jake for all the information.
My wife and our group had rented from Vans three times already. The team here is very accommodating and always does their best to make sure you have a great time. They have great pontoon boats and even have skiffs available. This is easily the best boat rental places on the island. Staff are also very nice as well!!
