From the initial consultation, Mark took the time to thoroughly explain the options available and answer all my questions patiently. I never felt pressured or overwhelmed, and he provided a detailed estimate that was easy to understand.
Milton and the crew were equally impressive. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and meticulously, and kept the work area clean and organized. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail – they clearly took pride in their work and ensured that everything was done to the highest standard.
Wagner Roofing did our roof in 2004 (yes over 20 years ago!). In the last week (March 2024), we had a leak. Mark came today, found two nails that popped and fixed them. He said, "Once we do your roof, it's like we're married to it." There was no charge. I highly recommend Wagner Roofing.
