This is by far the most enjoyable place to stay in the Northeast United States. A beautiful hotel right on a nice, clean, safe, family friendly stretch of the Atlantic Coast. Add in an abundance of kosher food both Dairy and Meat, my anniversary night was fabulous. Walking up and down the boardwalk and beech during the month of December? Priceless!
New hotel in great shape. Rooms are modern, clean and have decent amenities. Loved the walk in shower. Our room had a decent view of the ocean even though we didn’t pay for it or get an upgrade. This place is quiet, is right on the boardwalk and has good services nearby.
Cool lobby and bar, decent workout room with a view, and a lovely pool when open. Rates were fair value for what you get.
Did not like or expect the parking prices: $55/day for valet and I was told self park nearby was $40/day. That felt opportunistic.
Overall I’d give it 4.5*.
I really enjoyed my stay at the Wave Resort. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a stunning view of the ocean — the lookout to the water was definitely a highlight. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and overall the atmosphere felt relaxing and upscale.
That said, I did notice that the rates are a bit higher compared to similar hotels in the area. While the experience was excellent, the pricing might make it less accessible for frequent stays.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Wave Resort for anyone looking for a special getaway by the ocean.
