This Pilates studio is a true find in Bergen County. The owner / instructor is knowledgeable and runs solid sessions. The studio itself is beautiful and calming, and the small group classes—limited to three people—feel almost like private sessions. Highly recommended!
One of the best Pilates studios I’ve ever been to! Nirit is top-notch, the atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and the outdoor pool is absolutely stunning. This place is a little slice of wellness heaven experience.
After not exercising for many years Nirit has me excited to do pilates every week. Her studio is beautiful and she is a wonderful teacher. She is helping me rebuild my strength and takes the time to show me what to do. I feel great every time I leave her studio!
