Joe and Sharon at Wellcare are lifesavers. My 90 year old father is coming for the holidays and at the last minute we realized we should rent a lift chair like he has at home. I called at 2:00pm Friday before Christmas and Joe personally delivered and set up the chair the next morning. My dad's stay will be so much more comfortable thanks to them and I will definitely use them for any future needs!

The people from Wellcare could not have been more helpful in addition to being kind. After my husband's hip replacement, they quickly brought a power lift chair up to the bedroom on a very difficult staircase and set it up immediately so that he could be comfortable enough to finally sleep. Amazing experience and customer service. We called the store on Saturday after closing and Joe answered the phone (which he does 24 hours a day). Marianne opened the store for me Saturday evening and Joe opened again on Sunday to pick up needed items for a patient who came home following knee replacement. Both Joe and Marianne checked in on Sunday to be sure all was going well. Thank you!
