Dr Patel is thorough and kind. All staff are welcoming. Everyone is helpful, insurance and other finances are handled with respect with goal of helping you get the care you need. I never dread a trip to the dentist!!
Root canals are notorious for causing dread, especially for first-timers like me. However, Dr. Patel and his team prioritize patient comfort and care above all. I experienced no pain during the procedure beyond the typical jaw discomfort, and this morning I'm completely pain-free. After a bad fall, knocking out my front teeth, I needed dental care and took chance on Whiting Dental Center , after being dissatisfied with my previous dental care. From the first phone call to make an appointment , to the reassurance when i walked in (i was VERY NERVOUS), Janet and Amy, on the staff were fabulous. Dr Patel was friendly , professional , and explained everything that had to be done but made it seem less overwhelming because he took the time to make sure I was OK. Coming from a lifetime of being afraid of going to the dentist, Im very grateful Ive found excellent dental care and people that care about the individuals they treat.
Dr.Patel is great! He is friendly and puts you at ease. Always asking if you're doing okay. His staff, Amy and Janet are very helpful and so nice. I highly recommend Whiting Dental. 5 Stars for sure. 😁
Dr. Patel and his staff are wonderful. They are kind, considerate and very professional. When you are scheduled for an appointment you are seen promptly. You are treated with respect. The office us very clean and cheerful. Dr. Patel is very gentle. He makes the whole experience pleasant and very comfortable. I cannot sing his praises enough. I have been very happy with Whiting Dental. I have been yo many dentists through the years. Dr. Patel is the only one to make a novacaine shot literally painless. Thank you Dr. Patel, Amy and Janet.
