I highly recommend Wild + Free. I received a reiki session from Alissa. Alissa created a safe and supportive environment for me to really relax into the experience. She was highly attuned to what my body, mind, and spirit needed. I left feeling lighter and more at peace. I couldn’t recommend reiki with Alissa more. I can’t wait for my next session!
I had a Reiki session with Alissa at Wild and Free Yoga Studio and it was wonderful! She created such a calm and welcoming space, and I felt completely at ease the entire time. Wild and Free Yoga is such a beautiful, peaceful space for everyone to relax and find serenity. The owners Jen and Alissa are some of the kindest people I have ever encountered and instructor, Victoria is also extremely kind and provides beautiful classes that are so calming. This place is like home!! I was on the hunt for a smaller, homey, holistic style yoga studio. Was brand new to yoga at the time so I was a little intimidated. Then wild and free fell in my lap at the perfect time! Alissa and Jen are the two sweetest, wholesome, caring women you’ll ever meet. They make everyone feel like family. And that’s what I needed. A community that cares about everyone no matter what you’re going through. If you want to start a new journey in yoga I 100% recommend wild and free!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!
