Window World was very professional from beginning to end. A sales rep came to our home with photos and lots of information. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to answer all our questions. When we decided on which window to purchase, she figured out the pricing, explained the procedure, scheduled an appointment with a tech to come and measure. Then scheduled the installation date. All went well and we are very satisfied with our new and beautiful garden window.
Window World was an Excellent Company to work with on our new Living Room Window Replacement. Doris was fantastic when we ordered our new Window, she was very informative & knowledgeable on everything! The Crew did an Awesome job Installing the LR Window, very Professional, & neat! They put up a Plastic Barrier to keep the cold out, and wore disposable shoe covers too! My hubby & I were so Impressed! We will call back again! Thank you again! 🙂👍
My windows were just installed, the remaining 15 windows. Window world had fantastic windows (style and quality) pricing, and even the installation. They completed each window with great exterior window trim, a game changer investment for my house! The first 4 windows I replaced were with another company and cost me $9k! I think Window World did a better job. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical not using a highly popular company the I initially used, but I took a chance and so glad I did! I highly recommend using Window World. You wont be disappointed; The price and service are unbeatable!
The Window World team was awesome from start to finish. Carmelo and his team, Frank, Jose, and their crews were just the nicest, most caring bunch. They were upfront about everything, super patient, and total professionals.
And the new windows? They look amazing! Seriously elevated the whole look of our home. We're over the moon with how it all turned out.
