Had the most pleasant experience while speaking with Ms. Rocio, I’ve spent many days and hours looking for a dentist under my sons care plan and all were booked till June, she listened to our plead as he is in pain, she went above and beyond to locate an urgent appointment for him. I’m so impressed with the service of this clinic and how well they treat you. I’m grateful and highly recommend Zufall clinic and have seen the reviews. Most people do not understand how busy the clinic is and how waiting on hold is necessary for they cater to the community in need. Please, be patient and do not spend time writing negative reviews without understanding how hard it is to gain acces to an appointment at places that take state insurance. Blessings all.

Called to set up an appointment after finding Zufall in my provider directory. The moment I got connected to someone and began to speak, she rudely interrupted me mid-sentence and placed me on hold... I am still on hold, and had time to look up Zufall on Google and take my sweet time to write this review, alll while terrible hold music is blasting in my ear, literally as I type. I'm even going out if my way not to submit this, but am still on hold.

Going on ten minutes now. For some background, I recently moved to the area and needed a dentist to repair my cracked tooth. I understand being busy early in the morning, but at the least have some professionalism and check back in on the line if you're gonna leave someone on hold from the moment they get through. Super disheartening considering my old dentist is over 30 miles away and now I'll likely need to take an unnecessary trip down there just to have a tooth fixed.

Here's some advice: hire more receptionists, you seem grossly understaffed. Still on hold, preparing to hang up and submit this review, the hold music is mind numbing. Really a great impression to leave on a potential new client that just wanted to make an appointment, instead I get left out to dry and ignored, what a joke.

Right as I began to hang up, receptionist comes back. 14 minutes on hold for her to tell me to call back in 6 weeks. Jfc.

When I first moved to NJ and needed a dentist for my kids this was one of the first places that was not far away and could schedule all 3 kids back to back. My younger son who has ADHD had a very traumatic time with his previous dentist, so I was unsure how this would all play out. EVERYONE who works there is amazing and super friendly. My son loves going to the dentist now.
