What a delightful young man Ari is! He made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The service was excellent, thanks to Ari, and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this lovely family-owned restaurant.

We love supporting local businesses, so we were excited to try Brasserie 513 for the first time. We did a take out order, and while the food wasn't what I would consider "outstanding," it definitely warranted a return visit. The folks there were super nice and the dining room (which I only saw for a few minutes when I picked up my order) looked very comfortable.

Great local place with a fantastic bar! We had the sliders, margarita pizza and beat salad. And we recommend all three!

We just moved to Califon and this is the first place we tried. Hit right on the spot! Their Spinach ravioli and Vegetable Dish Pasta is a must try! Their wine selection is amazing too! Would highly recommend trying the place and will definitely visit again and again! Bonus: they have gluten-free capellini tasted just like pasta without an aftertaste!
