Parkway Pizza

This was my fist time trying this pizza place. I was very impressed with the pizza and cheese steak I ordered. The staff was friendly and the order was ready for pickup in 35 mins. All very encouraging!

The pizza was traditional crust (not thin crust, not heavy and doughy thick crust), with a slight crisp and solid undercarriage. You could fold the slice and not have the crust break, but still get a little crunch- no flop on the slice either. The cheese had good flavor, no grease spots or grease drips, and the sauce was moderately robust; the ratio of cheese to sauce was perfect. The mushrooms I had on top on half the pie seemed to be canned- I prefer fresh- but they were still tasty.

The cheesesteak w/fried onions was on an absolutely delicious soft and fresh roll, the meat was moist and tender, and chopped perfectly. Perfect amount of cheese, and the fried onions were cooked well and complimented perfectly- I would have preferred a few more fried onions, but no score dings for this. This cheese steak was a real highlight!

I am encouraged because I ordered during the Eagles/Commanders game for halftime food when they likely are more busy and could risk quality for quantity- but if they were busy, they sacrificed nothing.

The only reason I gave it four stars is that I only tried two things on my first order so the sample size is small- 4 stars has nothing to do with the quality. I will be ordering again and if they meet the same quality as my first time, I will give them 5 stars!

Would probably take Luigi’s over Parkway, but Parkway still has great food (like the pizza, cheesesteak, fries, pasta, etc.), great service (good pickup time, relatively cheap), and great atmosphere. It hits different on a really snowy day. Overall a good place. One of the best in Levittown. Would recommend.

Let me tell ya about a lil known (insert sarcasm😉) pizza joint... parkway pizza is by far thee best pizza, steaks, pasta & whatever else you can get at a pizza place in Levittown, PA!!! Omfg I haven't had pizza and cheesesteaks this amazingly satisfying in all my years of eating out lol
For real, if you're in the mood for some good Ole pizza (or chzstks, calzones, really anything you associate a pizza place to have then you must head on over to Parkway Pizza!!! Your belly will be very happy and satisfied 😌

This is my neighborhood pizza shop so I’m definitely biased but I love parkway been eating here for like 20 years. It’s solid with pretty much everything on the menu. Cheesesteaks and buff chicken cheese steaks are good, wings are good, and the plain pizza(I never order specialty so can’t comment) is good and they’ll cook it to order for you if you ask(I always order mine well done and crispy and it’s perfect). I would describe parkway like that utility player in baseball that’s solid at like every position but elite in none. I’m not expecting high end food, I’m expecting solid and parkway is solid 99% of the time and the 1% they’re not, they always make it right. And they’re almost always quick too for take out.
