Nancy was very nice and helpful. I asked her to show me something that says thank you without being 'over the top'. At the time I was being helped another customer was being annoying and touching flowers she should not be touching. Nancy handled that just fine and I waited for that customer to go. Then Nancy was able to work with me without distraction. The shop was nice and Nancy was helpful too.
Nancy was very helpful, patient and kind! 'We worked together to order just the right bouquet. The recipient received it in a matter of hours and couldn't stop talking about how Beautiful they were! Thank you!
Not sure if this location is connected to 1-800-Flowers.com, however, ordered flowers for my mother’s 80th birthday and they just messed up my whole vibe once she sent me a photo.
The description was for 24 purple roses in a purple foot vase with a cute sign (a keepsake) and a personalize card (a card, card) not a message card $5.99.
The roses were not purple/lavender not in the family at all and the supposedly card was a freaking message card that is normally free with the dang on stamp size image and they charge me $5.99
After receiving pics call them and the first person disconnected call. Message came on that agency was experiencing issues and would be with me shortly, chile never came back to call so I hung up and called back.
This time gets Ali. Thank you Ali! They replaced my order and I made it CLEAR I wanted purple/lavender family roses, it mom 80th birthday and I wanted a personalize card with my personal message for $5.99. Ali ensured he would make it happen.
Received confirmation email, why in the hell it’s a Valentine card attached. I’m over it!
Calls back gets Wendy. Thank you Wendy! Again, explain to her, long story short this time come to find out the card that I wanted they no longer have. I assume that’s why they used a stamp size image on message note card, but still charged me $5.99.
So, after speaking with her manager they said we will refund the $5.99 and send you a coupon for $15 for the future
and inconvenience. After having a conversation in my mind and expressing disappointment, asked if I could have the $15 taken off my around $130 purchase instead of the coupon because they messed up my vibe and the gift I wanted to sent to my Mother for her 80th birthday and will never use again.
So, arrangement will be replaced at no additional cost and I will be refunded $24.98 (shipping and card) fee and they would still send the $15 coupon. Will update once replacement has been delivered.
Hope roses are in the purple/lavender family not pink again.
