When i got into a car accident, 21st Century took my car in right away and helped me get back on the road. Nick is a professional and expert in car knowledge. I had a great experience here after my car was damaged in a deer accident. They got me in quickly, and communication was clear & consistent throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. The quality of the repair was excellent.. my car looks good as new, and you’d never know there was damage. The staff was professional, helpful, and easy to work with from start to finish. Top notch customer service. Kept me informed throughout the process of the car being fixed. Also explained everything that I was going to have to do as far as Rent-A-Car, what to explain to my Insurancecompany etc. Nick is a very nice guy with a good heart, really helped me out of a jam and his work is second to none.

I hit a deer last month in my car and stopped in the day after to speak with Nick. He was very professional and gave me options about moving forward with repairs. He helped me setup insurance and rental, told me 3 weeks for repair and got it back to me in 2. My car came out great and he also fought to use original parts as the insurance company only wanted to use aftermarket. I recommend calling them for any car needs.
