I spoke with 5 different HVAC companies about doing our replacement - of those, 3 said it was too complicated.
A&J was not only willing to do it, Steve walked through all the issues explaining how he would handle each of them.
We had open conversation about options, costs, equipment choices, benefits and timing.
Once we agreed, Steve scheduled the job and delivered exactly 100% of what we had discussed.

In May & June of 2024, Due to the multiple heat waves prior & during my originally scheduled HVAC maintenance appt w/my prior company they kept canceling, I called A & J’s installation & was able to make an appt w/in a week for a reg HVAC maintenance appt. I was pleased with the service. The professional who maintenanced my HVAC was knowledgeable about my machine. He was patient and willing to answer ALL my questions. While also showing me what to looking for and do when checking my machine or changing the filter. He added much needed refrigerant while informing the multiple reasons why the refrigerant would be low. He also informed me what to look for if my issue of the AC not staying cold continued. Fortunately, my AC continued working properly for the rest of 2024 & all thru 2025 summer season. Thank you Mitch (A&J Installation Professional)
