Our water heater went this morning at around 6 am. By 9:45 am, we had a new water heater totally installed. They also did our plumbing for our kitchen a few years ago. They are courteous, quick, and professional. I will always call them.
I have to say, there are times I've NEEDED Tom and his crew, and they're incredibly professional, responsive, and efficient.
Most recently I had a panic about a supply issue late on Saturday night and I got a call back in less than 5 minutes. Tom talked me through the issue patiently and efficiently, and ultimately a service call wasn't needed.
That sort of service level and commitment is irreplaceable.

I’ve had several mini “emergencies” that required immediate attention over the past few months and each time Gary and Owen of Action plumbing responded fast and effectively and got me back up and running within an hour.
