Charlie was on time, (early actually) friendly, and polite. He explained everything as he went along, making me feel better. He was fast and efficient...clean too. I had a gas line capped off and he removed some of the piping bc it was too much in the way of a new stove I was getting. He even pointed out some things in the basement that I had no idea of. Charlie knows what he is doing! Annette was very nice as well when I called to make an appointment. Was lucky and even got the next day! Would 10/10 call RJP again.
Good job by Eric to solve a problem in our laundry area. He explained clearly what needed to be done and why. Came on time, finished promptly and then did a courtesy PM on the area to make sure no problems were looming. Thank you

Highly recommended. These guys are professional and explain everything very well. Eric completed the installation of my new hot water heater recently and I’ll definitely be using RJP again.
Eric is AWESOME!!! If you need any plumbing work done, I highly recommend RJP Plumbing! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in such a way it was very to follow.
At the start of the new year I had a plumbing issue in my master bath so I called RJP and Eric came to fix the leaking shower. While he was here for the repair, we discussed replacing the aging water heater and my concerns with the hard water my home has.
I thought water softeners need a decent amount of space and I didn't have enough, but Eric informed me there's actually enough space!!!
I'm now the proud owner of a new Bradford White water heater and a brand new Springwell softener and couldn't be happier with the results. 🤩
