The entire process was smooth from beginning to end. Carolina made sure I was as comfortable as possible before we began. The bed was HEATED which was phenomenal. Everyone was super welcoming and helpful. And I walked away with a badass tattoo. It was hands down the most comfortable experience I’ve had to date. High quality tattoos, high quality artists, and I felt incredibly safe here as a queer person. I will be returning and have found my new favorite place to get tattooed. And we also made a new best friend in Apollo, the shop pup.

If you are looking to get your eyebrows done permanently, get them done with Carolina no questions asked! Let me start off by saying what an amazing person she is and how professional and knowledgeable she is with doing eyebrows. From start to finish, she makes it such an easy process from scheduling to when you are at the appointment making you comfortable and understanding everything she is going to be doing with your eyebrows. She even has a heated table for you to lay on while you are getting your eyebrows done which was a nice surprise and super relaxing! I went to her a couple years ago to do mircoblading which I loved and she did an amazing job! Just to paint you a picture of her work, you typically are supposed to go back every year to touch up, but I haven’t gone back for almost 3 years and they kept up so well! She was even surprised to see how well they kept up! This current visit I did powder which is a different style to mircoblading and I am absolutely obsessed with them. They are the style I have been looking to do with my eyebrows to have them look full and like I colored them in myself. I highly recommend going to Carolina to get your eyebrows done! She is fair priced with her work and it is as promised long lasting! With your visit, you also get to meet her puppy dog Apollo who is just the cutest and friendliest assistant there!

I had an amazing experience at Acala Tattoo Collective. Carolina did my tattoo and she was incredible from start to finish. She made me feel completely comfortable, checked in with me throughout the process, and created a truly beautiful piece of art. She’s not only insanely talented, but also such a genuine, kind person, which makes a huge difference.

The front desk staff was just as wonderful. Super helpful, welcoming, and made me feel right at home the moment I walked in. The whole space has a great energy and feels warm and professional at the same time.

Getting tattooed by Carolina at Acala was an awesome experience! The shop manager was so friendly and helpful when my husband and I arrived, and Carolina was the sweetest and most welcoming, offering us free snacks and water while preparing for my tattoo. Her PRIVATE room is like the COOLEST spa EVER, think heated cushioned bed, low lights, a couch for your guest, and tons of artwork to admire. But THE BEST PART is Apollo, Carolina's little treasure of squishy softness, perfect manners, and entertainment. That's right, a little pup to hang out with during your appointment. Back to the tattoo though, Carolina brought my umbrella forearm tattoo idea to life perfectly and was also 100% willing to make any changes I requested. I could tell that she really cares about the quality of your tattoo - positioning, fit to your body, longevity, and even how it would fit in with future tattoos you may want on the same body part. She stayed within my budget without sacrificing any of those things, and it made me feel very respected as a client. The tattoo is a perfect American traditional sticker and I couldn't be happier. The other artists were also perfect gentlemen! My husband has been tattooed by the incredible Max Shoberg! And I can't wait to continue my American traditional sleeve with Carolina!

The studio is amazing. Nothing but positive vibes, everyone is friendly and welcoming. The studio is very clean and organized and decorated with amazing and unique art work. I highly recommend Acala Tattoo Collective.

Brian Faulk is the artist I am working with and I can’t say enough about his creativity, vision and professionalism. Putting together design ideas with him is very easy. But honestly, he’s so good at his profession that I fully trust his vision and creativity and roll with his ideas.

I have been a fan of his work for many years and over this past year I don’t see him as a tattoo artist but now a friend. Highly highly recommended!
