I am a constant complainer...BUT I had the pleasure of speaking to GiGi she was funny, professional and explained everything to me GiGi made the experience enjoyable. GiGi rocks!!
They called me up to set up my appointment for my medical equipment and JiJi was fantastic. My doctor's office had given them all the wrong information and JiJi took her time to correct everything and was in great spirits and we laughed about the whole ordeal. Ask for JiJi and she will take care of everything for you.
The ladies in the office are great. They were able to get all of the insurance information and process it. Got my supplies today and I’m happy with the experience.
