Receptionist was very helpful at walking me through payment options. Had 5 extractions done here in the same day. At first it went well, was a simple process and rather quick. For some reason it was logical to do x rays right AFTER the procedure!
No post-op toothbrush, no preventative measures despite prior gum issues. Ended up needing an emergency visit a week later for inflamed gums. I appreciate being able to come in on such short notice. Wish the aftercare had been more proactive. Dr Gardener's assistant was very helpful though.

The staff is responsive and courteous. However, I had an awful experience with scaling procedure performed by Dr. Kim. Given the length of time the process took, I believe the scaling was incomplete. Dr. Kim did not explain the procedure. As a patient with a weakened immune system, no antibiotics were prescribed, nor was any antibacterial treatment applied. Additionally, my front tooth was not cleaned properly, which I noticed only after I arrived home. Much prefer Dr. Gardner.

Dr Sandak did an expert job of putting implants in for two lower teeth. I took my time, his entire staff was excellent, everything went smoothly top of the line equipment and was recommended by my lifetime dentist. . He recommended a nearby dentist to put the final crown on. No problems. I travel 1 hour 45 minutes to get there and worth every minute. Not cheap but he accepted the insurance he is the best!

Dr. Sandak is a gifted surgeon. I have had 16 implants, bone grafts and sinus lifts done over the years with minimal pain... Advil is all i took and not even that often. Thank God they are all doing great! He and his staff are caring and compassionate. He is very serious and focused and his work is flawless. I have recommended him to family and friends with the same five-star reviews.

For the last 16 years I've been going regularly to this excellent office. From Dr. Sandak, Natalia and all office staff is always efficiency, care, kindness, on top of every detail of my treatments. So pleased that for the last 6 years since we moved to Bay Ridge, Brooklyn I'm still driving back to Mamaroneck!!!
