This is a family owned business and Joe is the greatest guy you ever want to meet, as is his son Joe and his wife Marilyn. I bought my broken 2004 Chrysler Pacifica to their shop and they took such good care of me. I appreciate everything that they did for me and for my vehicle. What seems an almost impossible diagnosis was figured out by Joe because he had so much patience and he took the time the patiently diagnosed the issue. I won’t bring my vehicle to anyone else and I will most certainly refer everyone I know to him. Thank you to Joe and family. Truly great human beings.
Joe is the bomb !!!! I brought my AMG C63 and as all car knowers it is a beast of a machine. AMG engines are hard to work on and require high quality components and work. He went above and beyond and not only saved me money on my repair but made it even better than Mercedes themselves can! If anything if looking to bring their exotic / foreign European high end vehicles this is the place to go. Good people. Good work. Good energy.
Joe is great! He’s a real stand up honest man with lots of wisdom on different aspects of life. He investigates issues fully and never once overcharged (I’m a young girl going to the mechanic unaware of anything). I love Align and highly recommend to everyone !
