My family has been using Miltner for over 40 years. They are very honest and passionate in what they do. I wouldn't think of anyone else to repair my vehicles. The owners run a tight ship and check every repair before it leaves the shop.
I have been coming to Miltner's for over 20 plus years-from them working on my, Caddy, Jeeps, Sonata's and now also a Mini Cooper I wouldn't go anywhere else. Some other reviews talked about their honesty and telling them (Customer) if they needed additional work or not-and will always let you know in advance the costs-they have done this multiple times with me, often times saving me big bucks, when Dealerships would tell you to get the work done, when not really needed. Lastly don't be afraid to ask questions. If you are not sure what is being done but might be afraid to ask don't be-they will be sure to explain. They have been great for not only myself, my wife and my son. So, I would like to thank Bob, Rich, Zac, and years ago, AJ.-Also must recognize Nancy-she too is extremely friendly, helpful, and considerate. Great service and very quick turnaround. I needed an alignment and inspection on a Tesla Model Y. Most garages won't do alignments for Teslas, but this shop handled it well.
I had heard alot of good things about Miltner & Sons so when my mechanic retired I figured I would give them a try. I had a problem with my Ford F 150 and they were able to diagnose it and get it fixed for what I thought was a reasonable price. Took them a few days to get it fixed but they got it done right. Most places I called didn't even want to tackle the issue I had.
I have been looking for a reliable shop to go to for some time now every since a bad experience at a dealership. I took my truck to this shop and such a wonderful experience between service and knowledge! Between the receptionist and talking with the mechanics I felt like I was home with the kindness they expressed. 10/10 would recommend.
