I’m sorry, but small doesn’t even begin to describe the size of this location—it’s a literal HALLWAY in comparison to other Starbucks’. Between the chairs and the counter, there was hardly any place to move around, especially on a busy Sunday.
In terms of positives, the baristas were friendly, my drink was made well, and I really liked the screen by the bar showing orders received, drinks in progress, etc.
While I was visiting from out of town, next time I’m in Soutbury, I’m not going out of my way to visit this location. Not unless I’m placing a quick mobile order.
This is my favorite Starbucks location of all time! The employees at this location go out of their way to greet you and make you feel welcome. Whether it's writing a message on your cup or remembering your face and recognizing you warmly by name, you feel like you are stepping into a small, local shop! You can tell the staff care about their work and they go the extra mile to get things right. The store is always clean and running efficiently, even during busy times of day.
Love this place! Food and drinks are AMAZING! Often work from here and order all day long! lol Staff is friendly and helpful. Best Starbucks around!
I go to Starbucks in southbury every morning and the staff there is absolutely phenomenal and extremely accommodating. The one thing that needs to change is the straw situation. This is a very busy location and there is no reason for the staff to be handing out straws and taking them a way from making all our delicious drinks. They have them located behind the counter and not accessible to the customers. Who ever came up with this idea should 100% rethink there decision.
