Remodeling is an overwhelming and costly endeavor. We completely overhauled our kitchen, retiling the dining room floor and the main hallway leading into the kitchen as well. Cost, quality and expertise were among the major factors we considered in choosing which company to hire. We conducted several interviews, but only one company gave us the additional sense of confidence and trust we were also hoping to find. And that was All Pro Kitchens and Baths.

Dan was the only contractor who truly listened with patience and an open mind to what we had to say, and then offered pragmatic and innovative ideas that met our actual needs without presenting boiler-plate designs and templates. From floor tiles to countertops, cabinet colors and styles, his suggestions beautifully enhanced and heightened our vision. We especially loved the way he enlarged our kitchen window, creating a comfortable seating niche and a panoramic view of the backyard. Every member of his crew was just as receptive and flexible and we actually enjoyed their company as they tore down and rebuilt our walls and floors!

They finished within budget and on schedule, though we learned that it actually takes months afterward for a job to be fully complete as new appliances and lighting fixtures are integrated into the plumbing and electrical systems of the house. Whatever the issue or modification needed, Dan and his team were there to provide assistance and guidance, even regarding requests that weren’t included in the original contract.

When one of our waterlines broke almost a full year later, flooding our kitchen, Dan sent his crew to reinstall the floor tiles at no cost. In fact, they searched and found extra boxes of floor tiles for us, even though the particular tiles had been discontinued. When our dishwasher started leaking, we called Dan for advice in evaluating the source of the problem. They did the same thing when it came to repairing wallpaper in parts of the house completely unrelated to our remodeling job.

Dan and his entire team were AMAZING! So easy to work with and responsive. Dan has an gifted ability to create your ideal design in your available space. He took a ‘dream’ picture we provided and designed it perfectly! His team were professional and gifted as well. The tile work was impeccable. We will have them back soon enough to do the next remodel!

All Pro remodeling tackled my upstairs remodeling project. We changed the upstairs footprint and adding a full bathroom in a small cape. I would recommend All Pro, not just for the quality of work, that at the end was exceptional, but also, to their dedication to their clients. We had a couple of last minute changes and this (undoubtedly) cost All Pro time, but All Pro simply did the additional work and let us know that their focus was that we "loved" our remodel. We worked mainly with Dan Hughs (very professional and helpful) and there was always someone at the house keeping the project moving forward.

The best is that at the end of each day, All Pro cleaned up, put everything in their truck and left the project as clean as reasonably possible.

As a side, note, Dan made some really great design tips that really improved the upstairs. We love our barn doors that went to the knee walls.

All in all, we will use them again.
