I hate leaving low reviews but keep in mind that this review only reflects their website and dealing with the worker at the entrance area. We drove over 2 hrs to pick out granite for our kitchen only to find out that they ONLY deal with contractors and NOT the general public. They should at least list that on their website. The female who greeted us would not let us look around. After she explained that we need a contractor we asked if she could recommend some from the area. It was very very difficult to understand her but she didn’t know any contractors in the area. I’m not bashing this business, I heard that they do excellent work and are very reputable hence why we drove that far but this should be listed somewhere and have someone who speaks proper english at the door.
10/10 would recommend. Everyone from the owners and front desk to the gentlemen who came to measure and install were such a pleasure to deal with. The process was quick and seamless and I love how my kitchen and bathroom came out.
I used All State Fabrication for our countertops, I have to say they were great. Installers were amazing, I worked with Jessica who was so understanding and helpful, she made my experience so smooth, considering the amount of times I changed my mind.
I am a designer who uses Allstate Fabrication for all my jobs. I will use no one else. Allstate has many choices of quartz, granite, quartzite, marble, etc. at their facility, which is huge, state-of-the-art. The staff is accommodating and professional. The installation is beautiful. My customers are happy and taken care of very well. (The one-star reviews could be exaggerated because all businesses have problems that happen, but Allstate takes care of theirs, in my opinion.)
