I had a problem with the automatic rear window in my older SUV. I went to A1, with my grandchildren in tow and the owner assessed the situation and advised I needed a new mechanism but secured the window closed until its delivery. The part arrived, they called me and the window has been properly secured and opens and closes with any problem. The kindness, and respectful consideration in correcting this situation was extraordinary! If I ever have additional glass related needs I will definitely call them. They are honest, respectful and more than competent in their skill!
