What other mechanic can provide excellent service for more than 15 years in a row on two vehicles?
My older car is now 21 years old and still running almost like new after latest all weather new complete tire change, one wheel unbending (likely due to pothole damage), and alignment. My 2004 Honda accord is once again purring like a kitten with the horsepower of a raging tiger or lion! My 2008 Acura TL also passed inspection with flying colors.
Who could you rely on more than Capellos to maintain two cars to their highest standard?

I misspoke. You are correct, you replaced the cabin filter (not the air filter) but when we spoke on the phone you told me I didn’t need ANY filters which would make sense because you replaced my cabin filter AND air filter the last time I was there for an oil change (as you correctly stated, that was 6,000 miles ago). There is no possible way I would need another one at this stage. As for the oil change, my vehicle (a 2015 Prius C) only required oil change every 10,000 according to my manual and, in either case, it is the honest thing to ask before performing work that wasn’t asked for especially because, as you say, costs are adding up for all of us these days. Thank you for your voicemail offering for me to bring my car back in to have my old air filters replaced in my vehicle and your offer to refund $65. I will decline your offer with thanks and you can keep my $65 and this review. Thank you also for calling my mother about all of this and trying to get her to convince me to take down my review. After I explained to her what occurred she will not be bring her car to you for service, nor will my partner.
Have been coming here for 9 years loyalty. Brought my car in for an inspection and got a call that they had already performed an oil change I did not authorize and quoted me costs on the other items needed to pass my inspection. I was told at that time that my air filter had been cleaned but did not need replacement. When I arrived to pick up I was charged $700 for an oil change, inspection and two tires including a number of parts which seemed unnecessary. I pointed out that I was told the air filter had been cleaned and not replaced and I was texted pictures of a mildly dirty filter with loose sediment in the folds and was told it had in fact been replaced. The whole thing felt very dishonest and I will not be bringing my car back again. A shame to feel this way after 9 loyal years and having referred many family and friends.
