I visited for the first time today, and it was really clean. The tip manicure and pedicure were also really clean and well done. Thank you so much. I'll see you again in four weeks. 5 stars.

I really don't understand the poor reviews for this lovely nail salon. I have been a customer for years and I am always pleased with the service I receive.
Jenny is my go to technician and I absolutely love her!!
She takes great care of my nails and is amazing at her craft.
The other staff are wonderful too as I have been with many of the ladies for my pedicures.
The owner is sweet, pleasant, and welcoming.
The salon is exceptionally clean and inviting with cute, seasonal decor.

Extremely nice and kind ladies. Unfortunately, my overall nail experience here was not as great as I had hoped.

When I first came in, one of the ladies did my toes and she was very sweet. She did notice that I had a crack on my toenail. I had a HUGE gut feeling not to put polish over it and kept asking her if it was okay to go through with it since she’s obviously an expert within nails and im not you know? but she reassured me that it was fine to go through with the pedicure and even applied temporary glue. I regret going through with the pedicure and should have let my toenail heal because the crack has since gotten worse, and now my toenail is lifting and painful. I regret it. When I had a toenail infection once a few years ago, another lady at a different salon refused to give me a pedicure and told me I need to let it heal/rest then to come back which I wish it’s something she could’ve done. Because the crack got so much worst and is hard to look at. Something I’ll have to live with for months while it grows out. I’m extremely upset.

This was the first salon I tried since moving here for medical school, as I am usually loyal to my nail tech and salon back at home. I even brought my own nail stickers for my gel manicure, and at my usual salon they always applied them properly so they would stay on for weeks.. almost a month sometimes. Here, however, the First Lady left a bubbly layer under my polish, had a hard time applying the stickers so another person had to fix it right before closing time. Just two days later, my nails looked like they haven’t been done for two months already/stickers and gel mani were peeling off. My classmates complimented the stickers I brought but even they said the actual polish job looked poorly done, which was embarrassing for me.

I do appreciate the kindness of the ladies who worked on me, but I left feeling very upset with the quality. Especially with the crack on my toe on how worst it had gotten a week later. Sadly, this was not a good first experience at a new salon.
