I met my guardian angel today in Bianca. I just got up from Florida to visit my mother in a nursing home. They showered her with her hearing aides in and now she was totally deaf. I called 18 ent places close until Monday. How brilliant of you to be open on Saturday. Bianca took me on a half hour. Greeted me with a big smile and compassion.
