My appt today with Dr Kempf was very pleasant. His office was able to get me in for an appt the very next day and Dr Kempf explained each step on the procedure. He was very nice and the office staff was just as nice. I would recommend him and his staff if you have the need for food care services. 👍🏼

    Incompetent. Don’t waste your time.

Update: Dr. Kempf took the time to contact me in regards to my disappointing visit. The office staff definitely needs more training.. But as far as the Root problem with insurance, that’s out of his hands. Apparently if you have United Healthcare insurance you will have issues. Dr. Kempf apologized, welcomed me back for a proper visit.

I saw Dr. Kempf in the summer of 2023. I’ve been having foot pain for months and months. He took two x-rays, looked at my foot, and told me, “come back in a month if it still hurts.”
Come back in a month if it still hurts???? I’ve been hurting for months! It was a total waste of my time and money. I’m seeing a new doctor on Monday.
UPDATE: Dr. Kempf contacted me after seeing my post, which was unexpected but commendable. He explained he was treating me in a conservative way by recommending ice and tying shoelaces differently rather than giving me a cortisone injection or doing any other treatment. He agreed with me that he should have given me the option for which treatment I would prefer and said he’d consider doing so in the future. The new doctor I saw afterwards immediately gave me the injection and my foot feels remarkably better already. Hopefully, Dr Kempf will give options in the future so that the patient can take charge of their own level of care. Adding a star for this possibility and for his initiative in calling me.

Dr. Kempf saw our 94 year old mom for the first time on September 3, and was professional, kind, sensitive and thorough in providing services for her as she was very anxious having never had this need before. The entire staff was courteous, efficient and professional in dealing with all of us. We would highly recommend this doctor for anyone in need of a first rate podiatrist! Thank you Dr. Kempf and staff.

I’ve been to see Dr. Kempf twice to date. Each time there was a different assistant up front, one nicer than the other. I got my first appointment quickly and had absolutely no wait time. The follow up was the same.
When I meet the doctor for the first time I was impressed with his demeanor. He listened to what I had to say and made suggestions as to what my treatment should be.
I highly recommend this office and will be going back to see him again.
