I go and see Dr. Jasmine for primary care, and it's always a pleasant experience. They take my insurance, the wait times are usually good, and the staff is all pretty nice. They have check in kiosks now which are super helpful!
I have been a patient of Dr. Ebarbs for at least 20 years. I love him, the BEST doctor in the practice. He is always spot on with his diagnosis.
The ladies, ESPECIALLY Evelyn are kind to me, and offer me assistance as I am disabled. All the ladies at the front desk are kind and I have never had trouble.
I don't know where others are saying bad things about the ladies, but as for me, the are top notch.
My husband and I are patients of Dr. Shah and we have found her to be extremely helpful in answering our questions and health concerns in a direct, concise, educational and understanding manner. My wait time has never been more than 10 minutes and I have been there several times now. They also make scheduling easy and remind me they also offer virtual visits as an option (and one that I very much appreciate having access to)
Dr. Ebar is an exceptional Doctor. Always taking the time to answer your questions and if he doesn't know something he finds out. He never brushes you off. In addition I've always found the staff to be courteous and professional. I'm not sure why some people are putting negative reviews about the staff, it's totally it's my opinion undeserved. A lot of people are under a lot of mental stress because of coronavirus. I feel that maybe these people have misdirected anger and they're just lashing out at anyone trying to help. My prayers go out to the people who felt that they were mistreated I hope that they get the help they truly need.
