Dr Chan is very intuitive and non judgemental. He was my primary care physician and my specialist. Dr Chan had a profound impact on my life.
(I'm 8 years clean now.)
I'm really surprised that there's any bad reviews on here. Dr. Chan was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable, as was his staff. He really seems like the kind of doctor who actually cares about his patients, which in my experience is a rarity.
Also, he's one of only two doctors in NY who's certified to implant the bridge device. So really, if he wanted to be mean, he could be, but he isn't. He's super nice.
Dr. Chan is AMAZING. I have been very pleased by his level of professionalism and that of his staff. The receptionist Megan is always helpful and polite. The doctor even called me while on vacation to refill my prescription. He was highly recommended by two coworkers and it was the best choice I ever made.
Dr Chan and his staff are very helpful and comforting. He has been an excellent diagnostician and I have the utmost gratitude for the treatment plans he has provided. On some visits his little boys have been playing in the office. You can tell many things about a person by the way a child looks at them through their own eyes. He has been one of my doctors for over two years.
