Krista Nastro is the best psychiatrist I have ever had! Highly recommend!!!!!! I have struggled with ADHD and mental health issues my whole life. for the first time ever I felt like my provider heard me. she validated my feelings and my trauma. most importantly, she cares. I wasn’t just a client begging for pills to help me feel better. I didn’t have to go out of my way to advocate for myself. She’s wonderful. I’m very happy with her.
The staff is wonderful. Attentive and friendly. Dr. Lone and Rachel are very thorough and helpful. My only issue is having a prescription filled. The office number is an answering service. You need to ask to speak with the office manager.
I love the doctors but the office policy is that if you need a refill you need to come in every three to six months. To me that is a money grab. Even for birth control and an inhaler that I’ve been on my entire life.
This was my first time at LICMC RONK I was seen by Dr. Julie Parrott, and when I tell you I felt welcome from the very first moment I walked in, WOW the staff were ALL outstanding and the doctor was such a refreshing change from my previous experience with my prior doctor. I look forward to my next visit and working with the doctor towards my better health.
I can honestly say I've never felt more grateful to a medical professional in my life than I do to Dr. Sati. He embodies care and professionalism, always taking his time to be thorough and never rushing through an appointment. The staff mirrors his kindness and professionalism, making the whole experience even better. Finding Dr. Sati and his practice has been a blessing, perfectly aligning with my lifestyle and health needs. His patience and compassion are unmatched, truly making him an exceptional caregiver. Dr. Sati and his team are simply awesome such great people and professionals.
