Dr. Gupta and her staff are absolutely amazing! She has been my daughter and son's pediatrician since they were born. My son is autistic and very hard to handle in doctor's offices, she always accommodates him in every way possible. Everytime we come in she allows us to wait in the car and she personally calls me when hes ready to be seen so he doesn't need to wait in the waiting room being upset. She's always prepared so we can make his visits as quick and painless as possible. Everytime I call for a visit, or just have general questions, I always get to speak with her personally on the phone. I've never had a doctor be the one to speak with me personally me when I needed help, but she is the one to help me everytime we need it! No hold music or automated responses which is a huge benefit in todays world. We are moving out of state and I can only hope to find another doctor as thorough and easy to work with as she has been! Thank you Dr. Gupta, we will miss you!
We have been seeing Dr. Gupta for over a year now. The office is simple and getting seen is even easier. She listens and addresses all questions and concerns. She is very straight forward and we really value her as our pediatrician.
Dr Gupta was extremely professional, was patient and kind with both my children, she explained what she was doing as she did it. My daughter has felt scared of doctors after a bad experience at a previous office, but Doctor Gupta made her feel so comfortable my daughter was asking to come back for another appointment with her baby brother! We came here as new patients in June and I made an appointment for my 2 kids and it was great. Dr Gupta asked all of the questions I forgot and was able to address any concerns or questions I had and made me feel very confident in my choice for pediatricians.
