Bad Seed was always our favorite HV cidery. We fell in love with their cider and beautiful orchard when we used to live down the road. When we got engaged we immediately reached out to inquire about having our wedding there, fully expecting that it would be out of our budget. Instead, it was one of the most affordable options in the area so we immediately booked it! We are so so grateful for Devin and the incredible staff at Bad Seed, who went out of their way to make sure us and our guests had the best time. Everyone commented on how great the cider was, how beautiful the ceremony and reception space was, and how kind the bartenders were. It was the best day, and will forever be our favorite place to return to every time we visit family in the area. If you’re getting married in the Hudson Valley, look no further than Bad Seed, it has it all!

Best cider in the area! Bad Seed ciders are crisp and dry and lack that artificial heavy sweetness that so many others have. They change up their menu often so there's always something new and exciting, but they rotate in fan favorites regularly so they're never gone for too long! The staff are always so nice to talk to and their service is as good as the cider. They also host fun events throughout the year - I went to their own SantaCon tonight and they were serving a warm cider cocktail that I could happily drink every day for the rest of my life. It was divine. Great cider, great location, and great staff!

We were there with our dogs yesterday. What a great place. Strange very few people were there. Highly recommend it. Pumpkin cider is the best.

Beautiful place, always wanted to go there, made it today.... best ciders I ever had in my life. Hear me out ! If there is any best out there. "Bad seed" is the best of the best. The taco truck outside is phenomenal. Beautiful crowd.. music band Shelly and hector was jamming perfectly and gracefully with the vibe. Great owners and crew. Loved every moment on their ground. Maan the arcade room.... Holy Molly! was in a freaking time travel... keep some quarters handy. Beautifully and elegantly done my folks. Thanks somuch guys, much appreciate 🙏🏻. Keep doing the good work... will see you soon

Nice little place tucked a ways back from a main road. Surrounded by apple trees. Plenty of free parking in a lot.
Service was great! The gents serving up the food and ciders were pretty cool katz. Indoor (AC) and outdoor seating available. Cornhole and a slide for kids available. Looked like a small stage for events, too. Variety of tables and chairs. A "mobile" kitchen is outside the door, serving pizzas n other pub grub. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was that much of the yard is asphalt, and was told (and experienced) online menu did not match current menu (no Ginger Cider right now, for example, yet it is on online menu)
