I recently ordered a small blooming houseplant and a snack basket for a friend in the hospital, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about Baron Floral Designs and owner Dana Baron.

I’m located in Pennsylvania, and my friend is in New York, so I found Baron Floral Designs through ChatGPT. Even ordering from out of state, the experience was completely seamless.

Dana handled the entire process personally and kept me informed every step of the way. She texted when the items went out for delivery, when they were delivered, and when the plant briefly went AWOL. Instead of brushing it off, she immediately called the hospital herself, tracked it down, and made sure it was promptly delivered directly to the patient. That level of care is rare.

My friend later told me the snack basket was perfect—especially since the cafeteria was closed—and that the plant was absolutely beautiful. Her exact word for the entire order was “Magnificent.” And I couldn’t agree more.
