This was a great place. Our server Missy was outstanding to say the least. Everyone else was great too. She was super friendly and very personable. She was on point with everything. Our food was so delicious. My drink was amazing. I had a Smokey mezcal margarita. My ribeye, collard greens & cheddar mashed potatoes were fantastic. Big portions. The atmosphere was quaint. Live music. I would highly recommend giving it a try. Unfortunately I only took a picture of my chocolate Nutella beignets.
My wife, son and I went for the first time. It was ADA accessible which is always good when the wife and I decide to take our son along so we can have a family meal out. the Pig Out platter was good especially the smoked brisket, enough for the 3 of us. didn't care for their baked beans or the the flavored ice teas. We had desert and I tasted my wife's pecan pie, something I don't eat at all but it looked different so I tried it. At age 70 it was the best pecan pie I had ever tasted. I would only eat their pecan pie for the remainder of my life. Their theme was robust with a New Orleans flare, it worked for me and next time I would most likely get a dish which their brisket being my only meat so I could get enough. Our waitress, Missy was very accommodating.
I heard good things about Big Daddy’s and decided to try it for lunch. We ordered two bowls of gumbo and two plates of the Asian Cajun ribs for brunch—absolutely delicious! The gumbo was rich, flavorful, and probably the best we’ve ever had. The ribs were tender, perfectly seasoned, and packed with flavor. Every bite was amazing. Can’t wait to come back! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Pleasantly surprised at the ambiance of this place. We walked in on a Sunday at 12:30 for brunch and there was live entertainment and a nice energy to the place. We were seated right away. Our server was very pleasant and helpful. We ordered our drinks which were delicious. Our appetizer took a little while to come out but they were yummy. We ordered our entrees and they didn’t come out right away which was ok with us because we were still digesting our apps. Only issue I had was that the food was lukewarm. Overall a great experience and looking to going back to try out the dinner menu.
Great service Great Food. The food was seasoned incredibly well. My only concern was the vinegar coleslaw was a bit too acidic and washed over the food a little. The fried chicken is not how I would usually imagined a fried chicken dinner but I liked it. My boyfriend loved the catfish and said the drink was very strong. If you like country music this place is definitely for you on a Thursday. It's a little noisy and the food does take a while to come out but It's definitely recommended.
