Very clean accommodations. Personnel very professional and pleasant. The only issue is the scheduling. They are consistently cancelling at the last minute or scheduling before your insurance check up date. It is quite frustrating. I wish they could streamline their system/ receptionist more proficiently.
I’m big on first impressions especially when it’s dealing with my health and how a facility conducts business and handles their patients. I have to say I was really impressed at how attentive and professional my doctor and her assistant was while at the same time making me feel comfortable or as if I’ve been coming there for a while. My doctor asked me any concerns that I had with my health and she documented everything I said and went right into action with every test that could’ve been done right then and there . She also went above and beyond to schedule other appointments within the facility that had nothing to do with her practice . I like the fact that I don’t have to be sent to multiple facilities all over Brooklyn to receive the care that I need. I’m very pleased with my choice at this point and looking forward to being with them permanently.
