My wife goes here for the vitamin IV infusion treatment. Wonderful nurse working here. Very informative about the different cocktails of vitamins you can get here. If you join their membership, you get wonderful discounts on the cocktails of your choice. I really recommend going here. They do have three locations on Long Island.

After years of battling arthritis in my ankle, I discovered Cryotherapy 5 months ago and it’s a game changer. It’s easy, not expensive and from arrival to departure takes just 12 minutes out of my day. I now make my cryotherapy a part of my physical and mental health regime 2/3 times a week. It also helps that the owner, Andrew, is so informative, professional and supportive. A shout out to Grace Burke my trainer at the Y who introduced me - thank you, Simon (photo featured shows me enjoying a 3 minute -160degrees cryptic and I’m still smiling).

Hands down BEST cryotherapy center! Andrew is very knowledgeable, friendly and quick. Office is very clean and offers a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommended. Therapeutic treatment for all sorts of muscular ailments and more. Def try out cryotherapy and see for yourself!

Recommended by one of my friends. Needed some help with knee issues. I always feel relief within a day after a cryotherapy session. I will be going once a week until i feel better. Great place and great services by Andrew. He's explains everything and is very knowledgeable.

The staff is amazing, kind and so welcoming. Dr. Tonna is such a wonderful Dr, he helped me with my back two different occasions, for my sciatica and herniated disc. he really helped me with my pain and building strength. This is such a great office, clean and organized. I would recommend this place to everyone.
