Bohemia Flower Shop

Very dissatisfied, and frankly embarrassed. I called the shop to personally place an order over the phone, ensuring I was getting what I wanted. I placed an order for the Thinking of You Dish Garden - picture here is from the website, which shows the “As Pictured” order. I paid an additional $15 dollar to get the larger “Deluxe” arrangement. Also pictured here is what was delivered, in the white basket. Seeing what was delivered to a grieving family on my behalf is embarrassing. Including tax and delivery, the basket cost over $98. The size difference in the baskets and the plants themselves is obvious. Not at all worth the money paid and I feel taken advantage of. Will not be recommending this shop to anyone.

I ordered flowers on Friday to be delivered for a funeral service the following day. The customer service was wonderful and expeditious, and the spray that was delivered was exceptionally beautiful. Thank you for a painless and efficient experience!

I placed an order at approximately 9 AM and received messages from Bohemia Flower Shop that the item I ordered was not in stock yet (too early in the season). They asked if I would like to substitute a Palm plant instead of an Arborcola. I agreed, and the palm was delivered promptly, the same day. The delivery person from Bohemia Flower Shop took the time to explain to the recipient how to care for the plant, when to water it, etc. The recipient, a new business location owner, was thrilled with the Palm, thankful for the care instructions, and happy to have a beautiful live plant in the office of his new business location. Highly recommended.

When I phoned to place an order for a very special sister-in-law, I couldn’t go in and look at the flowers because I live in California. However, I have been to Bohemia several times and decided to call the Bohemia Flower Shop!

I couldn’t have been more pleased. Rachael was very detailed and my sister-in-law was over the Moon with her beautiful bouquet in a basket.

If I need to order more flowers in that area, I will not hesitate to call Rachael! I chose the right flower shop!

Had to last minute order flowers for a patients funeral because the florist we normally use was not answering. The "Bohemia Flower Shop" did not have the vase we ordered from the pictures so they immediately called us to let us know and we changed the display to a basket. The flowers were beautifully done and delivered in a timely fashion to the funeral home before the service begun. Absolutely will be ordering in the future and recommend using this florist!
