I recently sent my Ryobi pressure washer to Provenzano's Power Equipment for an in-warranty repair, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The very morning they received the unit, I got a call confirming it had arrived and that they were already working on it. The next day, they called again to let me know they were in touch with Ryobi and recommending that my unit be replaced. Just a few days later, Domenick personally called to let me know the replacement was approved and would be on its way shortly.
