Very rarely you come across a true family owned business.
My roof was damaged due to several hailstorm in the area. I called several roofing company in the area.
Jeff gave an honest and competitive estimate; he was not pushing me to particular roofing material (he is completely independent)
He was honest . He and his sons installed a new GAF roof. Below are some of the things i wanted to point out.

1. He hand nailed every single roof shingle
2. He and his family were on the job site every single day
3. He did a very good job and the roof looks terrific.
4.He warrantied his work for 10 years
5. He did not try to sell me new skylight or anything.
6. He saved the existing chimney ( other folks wanted me replace it.
I would highly recommend him for any roofing work.

Jeff was terrific!!!! My Homeowners Insurance Company threatened to cancel my insurance if I did not replace my roof. In need of a roofer I contacted Jeff after I saw some of the reviews online. Everything that was said about Jeff and the company is absolutely true. Jeff was able to repair and clean my roof so I did not have to replace it. He also provided the insurance company with a statement of what he did. It was great to have someone do the right thing and repair rather than take advantage of me and recommending replacement when it did not need it. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I would highly recommend Jeff Nill and his workers for any roof replacement or roof repairs. He is extremely experienced, honest, and reliable. Jeff and his workers always did the right thing when on site, they were very neat and meticulous after every days works and left our home in excellent condition. From the first day I met Jeff you can see he takes pride in his work, he explains the process from start to finish and explains why he takes each step from preparation and completion of the job. Jeff and his workers hammered every nail by hand on our multilevel roof, that alone shows the old school professionalism, craftsmanship and pride he takes insuring that each shingle is intact and properly aligned, so it would not get missed by a fast yielding nail gun. He takes no shortcuts when performing work on our home, Jeff actually took the additional time on my roof to correct a improperly installed overhang issue that was installed wrong on previous renovation we were unaware of. Jeff made sure it was corrected properly and weather tight. He doesn't advertise and only goes by word of mouth, recommendations, and his reputation. He is one of the best contractor professional we have ever used, out of the many renovations and repairs we have performed in the 38 years of owning our home. He is the truly one of the best, and a true craftsman in his profession. I would highly recommend using his company and services.
