Every time I go in there Artie knows what i need and if he does not have it which is rare he gets it for me within a day or 2. Very knowledgeable person.
I've lived in the neighborhood for 8 years now and I've never went into this hardware store first time going in and I was amazed they had everything that I look for to help with my project and they were very nice and courteous the prices were Fair
I stopped in to get a lot of keys make for a construction project so like 20 keys. The guy was clearly busy but stop what he was doing to make all those keys. So friendly and helpful. Thanks
Brightwaters hardware the best. The owner artie is like a MC cover type guy knows about everything. He is always ready willing and able to help with good accurate advice .Small enough to care about h I s customers and big enough to have what ever u need great store
I was in need of some plumbing fittings in a hurry. I googled hardware store near me, and Brightwater Hardware was literally across the street from my jobsite. The proprietor was not only extremely knowledgeable, but had the material I desperately needed, got it off the shelf for me and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes. This establishment was not only, obviously,conveniently located , but i will take the time to go out of my way to visit again. Prices are very reasonable. And again, total professional service. Do not hesitate to visit.
