Kleet Lumber

I needed a few sheets of plywood for an attic floor. I didn’t think they’d be interested in such a small order and delivering it but I was pleasantly surprised. It was a white glove experience from start to finish.
I will never dig through the trash at HD and scratch up my car ever again .

My Poppy and other relatives worked for Kleet for 40+ years. I’ve heard countless stories from my mom about them working at the lumber yard and have always felt so connected to it! Especially now that my brother and I both work in the construction industry. I can vividly remember my Poppy wearing his grey Kleet sweatshirt with green lettering all the time when I was a kid (pictured here). Since his passing, my mom always said how cool it would be to have a few shirts from Kleet as we only had the one sweatshirt left that was worn through. I contacted Kleet through Instagram and Steven reached out to me right away. He was more than happy and willing to send a box of hoodies/shirts to me even though my family now lives in PA. It’s a testament to the kind of business Kleet is and has been for the past 70+ years. Thanks again for your generosity - next time we are in the area, we’ll have to stop in!

Kleet Lumber is a one stop shop for all your lumber needs. I went in not knowing anything and Matthew helped me find the type of molding that I needed for my house. I walked out feeling confident with my purchase! Great staff and prices! Highly recommend!

I contacted Ray in regards to my Girl Scout Gold Award project, and he was fantastic to work with. He helped me to get most of the supplies I needed in order to create my project. I would highly recommend them!

Kleet, had what I was looking for, no other yards in the 25 mile radius had medium sized hand split cedar shingles. It was a major score in my book. I managed to take a walk around their yard by mistake. Was greeted by one of the Flat Bed drivers..Joe, who was more than helpful in finding a forklift operator to help me load the singles into my car. They move some serious product. At one time they have 4-7 forklifts driving around fulfilling orders on customer flat beds, and their own flat bed delivery trucks...a tight operation. High quality building materials. Most imported from British Columbia, some US based too in Idaho. This is the place to go for quality stock. All outside stock is plastic wrapped and DE-laminated when an order comes in. It is now going to be my go too for lumber stock.
