I just had my 27 year old engagement ring custom made with Joe at Broad Options and it has been a fantastic experience! Joe has great attention to detail and totallly understood what I wanted. First, the store is spacious and well designed. I stopped by today to have two rings repaired and convert a pearl necklace into a bracelet. I also had some gold to sell. My experience was great, as they took their time to explain everything. What they offered for the gold was a fair price, and they didn’t pressure me at all to sell if I didn’t want to. In fact they encouraged me to return on a Saturday to see the owner to get an accurate price for some other pieces I had. The cost of the repairs (one to put a tiny diamond in a ring for which the diamond fell out and the other is to enlarge the ring size) was remarkably low - less than $60 total. The service and support was excellent and look forward to picking up my items next week.
